White Faced Heron 3D Thread Sculpture.

I was inspired by the White-faced Heron, found in New Zealand - especially common around estuaries, lakes and farmlands.  

This is made up of hundreds of tiny stitches, made on a sewing machine, and finished by layers of hand embroidery.

It is framed in a white frame, with high grade glass that offers ultimate clarity, with reduced reflection and has 99% UV protection from the sun to help protect your embroidery.

Size is:  34cm width x 41cm height x 4.5cm depth.
