NZ Mycena Fungi 3D Thread Sculpture.

Inspired by the tiny delicate pink Mycena roseoflava fungi, that grows throughout New Zealand.  These micro fungi grow to only 10mm wide, on damp dead wood, leaves and twigs, and woody debris.  

This piece is carefully pinned to pine wood that is locally sourced, and encased in a clear acrylic box like a preserved specimen.

Depth:  10cm.

Ready for hanging straight onto the wall. Each piece comes with its own signed certificate of authenticity.
