The Poor Knights Islands near New Zealand are home to many incredible species, such as molluscs, where I found great inspiration for this embroidery. This piece is of a nudibranch egg sac, made up of thousands of tiny eggs. The eggs are laid in amazing spiral formations. Each egg mass laid, contains around 35,000 eggs!
This embroidery is hand made in New Zealand.
Professionally framed using a white boxed frame and high grade glass. This offers ultimate clarity, with reduced reflection, and has 99% UV protection from the sun.
