Graceful Parasol fungi of New Zealand 3D Thread Sculpture.

This piece is my sculpted thread version of Macrolepiota clelandii (Graceful Parasol) fungi.  I found three of these extremely tall mushrooms, growing amongst long grass under manuka trees, in the North Island of New Zealand. 

Every fungi I create are meticulously studied and copied from a real specimen, that has been photographed by myself from locations all over New Zealand.
Each mushroom is carefully pinned to white perspex, and encased in a clear acrylic box like a preserved specimen.

Depth:  10cm.

Ready for hanging straight onto the wall. Each piece comes with its own signed certificate of authenticity.
