Piwakawaka 3D Thread Sculpture #3.

I was inspired by the unbelievably beautiful bird of New Zealand - the Piwakawaka or Fantail - a native bush bird, for this beautiful embroidery.

It is made up of hundreds of tiny stitches,  using a sewing machine, and finished by hand embroidery.

The embroidery is framed in a white box frame, and is mounted onto foam board.

High grade glass offers ultimate clarity, with reduced reflection and has 99% UV protection from the sun to help protect your embroidery.

Size is:  23cm x 22cm x4.5cm depth. Framed and ready to be hung.  Each embroidery comes with its own signed certificate of authenticity.
