Kea sculptural embroidery

This piece was a commission for a client, who wished to have an original, unique type of gift for her mother.  Her mother has had years of experience in Kea conservation, so this sculptural embroidery will be perfect for her.

This is made up of hundreds of tiny stitches, made on a sewing machine, and finished by hand embroidery.

The embroidery is framed in a white frame, and is mounted onto foam board.
