This embroidery is based upon the Hymenocladia sanguinea seaweed - one of New Zealand's pink seaweed species.  

These seaweeds are more abundant in the South Island and Stewart Island.

It is completely hand made in New Zealand, and made up of hundreds and thousands of tiny stitches.

Professionally framed using a "white" boxed frame and high grade museum glass. This offers ultimate clarity, with reduced reflection, and has 99% UV protection from the sun.

Only one made.

Measures:  25cm x 36cm x 4.5cm depth.  Framed and ready to be hung.
