The Poor Knights Islands near New Zealand are home to many incredible species, such as molluscs, where I found great inspiration for this embroidery. This piece is of a nudibranch egg sac, made up of thousands of tiny eggs. The eggs are laid in amazing spiral formations. Each egg mass laid, contains around 35,000 eggs!
Professionally framed using a "black" boxed frame and high grade glass. This offers ultimate clarity, with reduced reflection, and has 99% UV protection from the sun.
Measures: 34cm x 30cm x 5cm depth. Framed and ready to be hung.
Each artwork comes with its own certificate of authenticity.
